Payment card information is collected and processed directly by Square, our payment processor — we do not see or store your full card number.

We use your information to:
- Process and fulfill your order
- Share your shipping details and print specifications with our print fulfillment partner, so they can produce and ship your order
- Send order confirmations and shipping updates
- Respond to questions or commission inquiries
- Calculate applicable sales tax
3. Who We Share Information With
We share only what’s needed to fulfill your order:
- Our print fulfillment partner receives your shipping address and print order details in order to produce and ship your item
- Square, our payment processor, receives your payment information directly
- We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to anyone else
4. International Customers
If you’re ordering from Ireland, France, or the United Kingdom, your information is transferred to and processed in the United States. You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data — contact us at kim@kimmccauley.com to make a request.

We take reasonable measures to protect your information, but no online transmission is completely secure. Payment data is handled directly by Square under their own security standards.
