Energy Therapy
Energy therapy can range from simple energy treatment sessions to more complex ones that include chakra clearings, readings, and/or a recorded meditation created just for you. I am a Reiki Master with nearly 20 years of experience but often use a variety of other modalities that best suit my clients’ needs.
Craniosacral Therapy
The Upledger method of cranial sacral therapy involves gentle movements focused on specific areas of the head, spine, and sacrum. Clients remain fully clothed (except for shoes). CST can help clients with migraines, neck and back pain, TMJ, chronic fatigue, PTSD, and other conditions.
Awakenings
An Awakenings session begins with drawing an image with crayons (your artwork will not be judged). Each item you color and place in the picture becomes a symbol that fosters the table work which follows, including prayers, healing work through pendulums, crystals, and energy therapy.
Meditation
Meditation may be incorporated into your session to support relaxation, emotional release, and clarity. You’re welcome to explore Kim’s guided meditations below, freely available on the Insight Timer app.

Sessions are client-led and trauma-informed. We begin with what matters most to you. The goal is simple: help you feel more ease, clarity, and connection.

Cranial Sacral Therapy
50 min. — $110.00
The Upledger 10-point protocol forms the basis for these sessions. As clients heal, I adapt approaches to meet their specific needs.
Reiki & Other Energy Therapies
I can combine craniosacral with energy therapy or keep each modality separate, depending on client preference. Most energy therapy sessions combine scanning, pendulums, Reiki, chakra balancing, biofield tuning forks, and meditative visualizations.
Reiki
45–50 min. — $110.00
Sound Therapy (Biofield Tuning)
45–60 min. — $110.00
I use tuning forks and apply the Biofield Tuning methodology from Eileen McKusick, sometimes combining it with other methods (craniosacral and/or Reiki). Sessions vary between 45-60 min.
“Awakenings” session
$155.00
An Awakenings session is a creative, deep energy session beginning with a crayon drawing (5-10 min only). I use the drawing as a “message” for what your body/mind/spirit needs in the energy treatment. The rest of the session consists of an energy clearing, a recorded channelled message for you, and brief discussion after (depending on the information that came through for you).
