Craniosacral Therapy and Energy Sessions
I enjoy helping my clients and supporting their wellness through a variety of treatment types. My practice focuses on the Upledger method for basic as well as advanced Craniosacral therapy---including Somatoemotional Release (SER). I am also an LMT and Reiki Master and can combine several kinds of treatment styles to include energy healing, neck/shoulder massage, and other methods in order to tailor each session to what my clients need.

Awakenings Session
In these creative sessions, clients use crayons to draw a picture, and I use the drawing as a "message" or basis for the energy session, which occurs immediately after.

Energy therapy can range from simple energy treatment sessions to more complex ones that include chakra clearings, readings, and/or a recorded meditation created just for you. I am a Reiki Master, but I often use a variety of other modalities that best suit my clients' needs.

Cranial Sacral Therapy involves gentle movements focused on specific areas of the head, spine, and sacrum. Clients remain fully clothed (except for shoes). CST has been known to help clients with migraines, neck and back pain, TMJ, chronic fatigue, scoliosis, PTSD, and many other conditions.

The session begins and ends with a prayer, followed by healing work through pendulums, crystals, and energy therapy.
Reiki Courses
Reiki 1 - Live - TBA
Meets 4 hours of “General” CEU requirement for Florida LMTs
In this 4-hour course, students will learn the basics of Reiki Level 1and engage with peers in learning about and sensing variations in the body's electromagnetic energy field. Course includes the definition and history of Reiki as well as learning about the chakras and applying this knowledge to general categories of illness and emotional states. At the end of the course, students will receive a Reiki I attunement and certificate of completion.

Reiki 2 - Live - TBA
Meets “General” CEU requirement: 5 hours for FL LMTs.
In this 5-hour Reiki 2 course, students will engage in a brief review of Reiki 1, then learn Reiki 2 symbols and practice live, "hands on" energy exchange in peer-to-peer sessions. Students will also learn and practice methods for scanning and sending distance healing. A Reiki 2 manual is provided for students' future use. At the end of the course, participants will receive a Reiki 2 attunement and a certificate of completion.
