The Life-Changing Power of Group Psychometry
Discovering intuition, connection, and what may already be within us

Everyone is intuitive.
The Life-Changing Power of Group Psychometry isn’t a book about what a few unusually gifted people can do. It is about what can happen when ordinary people become curious about their own intuitive abilities—and are given a safe, supportive place to explore them.
But the book goes beyond the stories of participants and the ways their lives were changed by what they discovered. It also offers a practical guide for readers who want to create a psychometry group of their own, providing the structure and guidance needed to begin exploring these abilities together.
What is group psychometry?
The practice itself is surprisingly simple. Each person places a personal object into a bowl, which is passed around the group. No one knows whose object they have chosen. After a meditation, each person pays attention to the images, feelings, words, or other impressions that arise, writes those down, and then shares a reading with the group.
Again and again, I have watched people begin with uncertainty, questioning whether they are intuitive or simply using their imagination. Then something happens: they share an impression they have no ordinary way of knowing, and the owner of the object recognizes its meaning. Gradually, uncertainty gives way to curiosity—and curiosity to trust.

developing intuition is only part of what happens.
As people practice together, they listen deeply to each another. They take risks, offer encouragement, and allow themselves to be seen in ways that don’t often occur in everyday life.
Confidence grows. Connections deepen. And the group itself inspires part of the discovery. You don’t need to believe you have a special gift. You can begin simply by wondering what might be possible.
Psychometry gives us a way to explore that question together, and what we discover may extend far beyond intuition—to greater trust in ourselves and a deeper connection with others.
Each participant’s effort in the exchange of readings is naturally full of compassion and empathy. The comments and readings reveal vulnerability and openness. Each provides its own evidence of how heart-opening the group experience can be.
